Class Description:

Have you ever wondered, " Is it possible to bake great vegan cookies and

cakes without dairy or eggs " ? Have you ever tried to bake without dairy or

eggs and found that your cookies and cakes were flat and dry, or just did

not taste right? Since going vegan 3 years ago, self-taught vegan baker and

licensed psychologist, Christine Dickson has dedicated herself to creating

amazing desserts without dairy or eggs that taste " just like " or " even

better " than the original.

What class participants say:

" After we tasted the cookies and cake at class we knew we found something

special. It seems to me that you have a rare gift and I hope that you

continue to experiment and find ever more wonderful desserts that vegans can

enjoy and feel proud to serve their non-vegan friends. "

“My experience has been the same as members of the class who said they

haven't found satisfying pastries in vegan cookbooks or bakeries. We took a

piece of your cake to our teenage daughter and she gave it an

A+.”

“I made the chocolate bundt cake last weekend and brought it to a family

gathering. The cake was presented as a birthday cake for my sister-in-law.

Everyone loved it!”

“I just wanted to thank you again for holding this class. I had a great

time, and the food was wonderful "

" We made a batch of cookies and I brought them to work with me and didn't

tell people at first that they were vegan. Everyone LOVED them and said they

were fabulous! Most everyone was shocked that they actually enjoyed a vegan

cookie, so thank you! The expressions were priceless :) I am very excited

about the next class. "

“The first chance I get I'm going to make the chocolate bundt cake and bring

it to work where my blue collar, grease monkey, baby-back ribs eating

co-workers wonder how I can stand my diet. I'll bet your cake will be gone

before noon!”

“Thanks again for opening your kitchen and your skills up to us. It's so

wonderful to have this kind of resource out there - keep it up!”
