Hi all! I don't know if you use Mambo Sprouts grocery coupons, but I

first discovered them at Whole Foods, and they periodically send me more.

They're all for products commonly found at health food stores, not all

vegan, but most of them are. Anyway, they had a recipe contest, which I

missed entering, but you can now vote on the ones you like. When I went

to vote, a lot of people seemed to be voting for the least healthy items

(odd, considering the coupons, though maybe they were friends & family

members), so I thought you all might want to add your two cents. A side

benefit is that you can print out any you like. Since I always mentally

substitute vegan & whole-grain ingredients, there were several that I

thought might be worth a try. (Unfortunately, the last category was

*all* meat and all unappealing, so I didn't vote for any of them. I

think the people who selected the finalists were not very

" mambo-sprouty " .)
