Nice tree lined street, with very nice neighbors on both sides. Near 280/85/101 The room is large, master bedroom with good lighting, and private bath. The home is a nice 3 bedroom, with a large backyard. Roomate could also use our gym/pool membership. New carpet and new blinds (this month) We are 1 mom, one sweet four year old girl, a sweet medium sized dog, and cat, We practice mediatation, are vegetarian. We are often not home, so you would have the house to yourself at times. We are friendly, respectful, and considerate, and easy going. If you are interested, email and we can talk. We are seeking a woman roomate, may or may not have pets. May or may not be vegetarian, but is respectful to those who are. Non smoking, etc. Room available Nov 1, but maybe sooner.
