Veggie hike at Sam MacDonald Park (La Honda)- Sun. July 24

Hello fellow veggie hikers...

 

A group of SBVS'ers has planned a hike at Sam

MacDonald Park (near La Honda) on Sunday July 24. We

have decided to post this event to the SBVS list in

case anyone else is interested in joining.

 

PARTICULARS:

- Hike length is about 7 miles

- Altitude change about 700 feet

- Mainly in shade of Redwood Trees so it should

be cool

-We will be carpooling from the Page Mill Road

Park and Ride parking lot (southwest corrner of

I-280 interchange with Page Mill Road)

- MEET AT carpool location at 9:30 AM SUNDAY

- We will be eating lunch at a nice vista point

around noon.

- We will likely be back at the cars by 2- 2:30 PM.
