20 Year Vegetarian Anniversary/SBVS Farewell Dinner

Dear South Bay Vegetarian Society friends, members & list rs,

 

I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all

of you for your energy and support over the past three years which

has enabled us to fulfill the goal of initiating an active vegetarian

organization here in the South Bay area. Effective August 1st, 2005,

I will be moving from the South Bay area, and passing all the

responsibilities of running the group--including moderating of the

Southbayveggies list--into the capable hands of Shoshana B, Sarah K,

Glenn M, Michael G and Doris S. Please consider adding your own name

to the above list of names of individuals who have agreed to commit a

few additional hours each month to help SBVS grow. As I always have

maintained, " the group we have is the group we make! " I encourage

each and every member of the Southbayveggies list to become more

involved with SBVS so that the group can continue to thrive in the

present year and in years to come.

 

Thanks to all of you for all you do to promote vegetarianism!

restaurants here in the South Bay area.

later than FRIDAY, JULY 22, 2005, if you plan to attend so that I

know how many seats to reserve at the restaurant. Di Lac has a wide

variety of delicious pure vegetarian food options—all of which

are made to order. Prices range between $6-$16 for dinner entrees.
