Guest guest
This article http://www.drmcdougall.com/misc/2005nl/april/050400.htm cites lots of references and basically says, avoid " fake meat " and other products, and go easy on the traditional soy (such as soymilk, tofu, tempeh, etc.) because they are high in fat and protein. In the countries where soy is eaten regularly, it is no more than 5 percent of the diet, which is a reasonable amount.
