Hi Phil,

 

I wondered if any of your members new about a fairly new vegetarian

restaurant in San Jose, the Happy Bamboo (www.happybamboo.com). The

menu is similar to the International Vegetarian House, but with

Vietnamese dishes.

 

My husband and I have eaten there several times and enjoyed

everything we've tried on their menu. The Happy Bamboo is a cafe-

style restaurant--very casual.

 

I've heard people write often about the importance of supporting local

vegetarian restaurants and would love to get the word out on this

one. If you feel it's appropriate, would you forward this info on to

the group?
