SBVS Listserve Posting Policy

 

" The SBVS listserve, , provides a

means by which individuals can communicate with other individuals to

promote vegetarianism/veganism and related events to members of the

listserve. To this end, posts to the listserve

should fit into one of the categories listed below:

 

1. Vegetarian and vegan-related issues and events (including the

areas of diet/health/nutrition and animal protection/welfare issues);

 

2. Social events for the purpose of promoting the well-being of the

vegan/vegetarian community. Any events deemed to be official events

of the SBVS must first be brought to the attention of the listserve

moderators prior to being posted to the general listserve;

 

3. Personal requests (such as vegetarian roommate searches or

requests for information regarding vegetarian or vegan food items)

should be responded to directly to the person making the request--

and not to the entire list. "

 

 

If your message does not fit into one of these categories, please

contact a SBVS listserve moderator PRIOR to making a posting.
