Hi theatre goers and play enjoyers,

 

Tuesday night is coming upon us once again for the

free ($0) dress rehearsal performace of " Living Out "

which promises to be, in the words of the Los Angeles

Times " Poignant and outrageously funny. "

 

Show at 8. Doors at 7? Meet up somehow inside the

theatre at around 7:15 or 7:30. First in line gets

seats first. Theatre in on Castro St. in Mountain

View at the Center for the Performing Arts at Mercy

cross-street.

Who cares for the kids while you make a living? When a

Latin American immigrant with children of her own

signs on as nanny for a have-it-all power lawyer, both

caring mothers must struggle to find common ground

across a vast cultural divide. Acclaimed in both New

York and Los Angeles, this crisply satiric but

ultimately sympathetic new play offers an hilarious,

heart-wrenching vision of the American dream, finding

no easy answers to the dilemmas of parenting in

frazzled times. Contains mature language.
