Quiet, neighborhood. I never hear my upstairs neighbor. Private full bathroom with tub/shower. Room faces east. Sunny in the morning. Mirrored closet with built-in wire shelves. Washer/dryer. Pool & hot tub in complex. Room wired for phone service. Walking distance to Light Rail, Caltrain. 1 minute to 280 and 87.

Very clean and quiet, responsible, mature, kind, conscious communicator. Vegetarian (better yet vegan or raw fooder) who does little or no cooking. Definitely no frying. No smoke/alcohol/drugs/pets/perfumes or other toxic chemicals. Very quiet TV or music in your room only or when I'm not home.

I love cats, and will consider the possibility of sharing my home with one clean, short-haired, indoor cat with a sweet disposition. That would be fun!
