Beginners' Hike, Sun Sept 5, 4 PM

 

 

Hi Folks, JUST A REMINDER!

 

Tomorrow,

Sunday, Sept 5 of Labor Day

weekend I will be hosting a hike at Shore Line Park in Mountain View. The path is mostly flat and there are

benches along the way if one needs to sit and take a break. The hike will

probably be about one hour, but

this is flexible and mostly depends on how long the participants would like it

to be This is ideal for beginning

hikers, those recovering from, i.e. sport injuries or those with

disabilities. We will be hiking

near the lake and there is a great deal of reflection from the sun off the

water, so remember to bring your sun screen. Also, some water.

This will be a late afternoon hike, starting at 4 PM when the sun isn’t

so strong. After the hike, we can

go out for dinner or a movie …we’re open to your ideas!

 

Please RSVP at natural.woman. At that time, I can give out further

instructions re: car pooling, directions to the park, a meeting place, and

answer any of your questions. For

those interested in car pooling,

I have a handicapped placard and can fit 3 other passengers in my car.
