2nd Reminder: SBVS Listserve is NOT a Discussion Board!

The SBVS listserve is NOT to be used as a discussion board/chat room!

 

Please restrict your postings to ACTIVITIES or EVENTS that pertain to

(1) vegetarianism; (2) animal protection; or (3) matters or

happenings that pertain directly to the official business of the

South Bay Vegetarian Society(SBVS).

 

People who feel the need to engage in interactive discourse are

encouraged to utilize any of the multiplicity of discussion boards or

chat rooms that already are in existence. The primary purpose of the

SBVS listserve is to disseminate information about events that our

members can attend or actions that they can take to promote the goals

of vegetarianism, animal protection, or the objectives of the South

Bay Vegetarian Society.

 

If you have a question about the suitability of a posting, please

contact me or any of the other SBVS Listserve Moderators PRIOR to

the posting of your message. We prefer to maintain our listserve as

an unmoderated listserve that is dependent upon the good judgement

of its members to use their discretion in making appropriate postings.

However, continued misuse of the listserve will be the surest way

to assure that the list is converted into a moderated listserve.

 

Thank you for your cooperation in helping to make the SBVS listserve

a streamlined and efficient system for notifying others of upcoming

vegetarian-related events/activities.
