Mark Galeck has graciously offered to carpool people up in his 7-

passenger minivan. There is plenty of street parking near his house,

so people can come by his place leave their cars and carpool in his

van.

The carpool will be leavening from Sunnyvale at 6:30

 

Directions: Entrance to Peartree is from Indio Way between Central

Expwy and Mathilda Ave, if coming from Central, entrance is on left,

if coming from Mathilda it is on the right. Once in the parking

lot, turn left and keep going to the end.

I was thinking of making a pilgrimage to Bok Choy in San Francisco

next week for dinner and a movie and possibly some veggie

leafleting. I hear Super Size Me is great movie with a pro-veggie

message (or at least anti-carnivore one). It's web site

(http://www.supersizeme.com) describes it as " a tongue in-cheek -

and burger in hand -- look at the legal, financial and physical

costs of America's hunger for fast food. "

 

For dinner I was thinking of heading over to Bok Choy. Bok Choy is

an awesome totally vegan Asian restraint which is also relatively

close to the theater.

 

If we catch the late showing (9:30pm) those of us interested in

leafleting can try and get the crowd from the first showing as they

leave (probably at about 8:50pm) as well as the crowd for the late

showing.

 

So dinner and a movie and veggie leafleting:
