We have reserved the following appointment for you: When: Monday April 19, 2004 Time: 11:00 AM Where: San Francisco Marriott ( " Pacific H " – 4th Floor) 55 Fourth St. San Francisco, CA 94103 You are responsible for parking. Be prepared to show picture identification. Please read the following information carefully. It applies to all auditioners: *It's important to be on time. Arrive about 15 minutes ahead of time. *Unfortunately, we cannot change your audition time or date. *(All expenses incurred while interviewing and appearing on the show are your responsibility; most tapings occur in Los Angeles, CA). *Due to limited seating, the audition is closed. If anyone does accompany you to the audition, they will be asked to wait outside the audition room. Please do not bring children. *This is a group audition. Dress is casual. You'll play a series of simulated Wheel of Fortune games. You'll also take a five-minute written test based on the word puzzles that are used on the show. If you're selected at the end of that part of the audition, you'll be asked to remain and play a more intensive series of simulated games. You may be asked to stand in front of the group and talk about yourself. Depending upon how far you advance in the audition process, you may be there anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. *If you need glasses, be sure to bring them with you. No one can assist you during the test. *You must be at least 18 years of age. *You are not eligible to appear on Wheel of Fortune if you are employed by, related to, or within the last five years known anyone who works for Sony Pictures Television Inc., Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., The Griffin Group, King World Productions, Inc., KGO-TV, any television stations (including advertisers and related radio stations) which broadcast Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy!, or prize suppliers. You are not eligible to appear on Wheel of Fortune if you have appeared on another game show/relationship show/dating show/reality show in the last year or any three of the above types of shows in the last ten years. You are not eligible if you have appeared on any version of Wheel of Fortune. If you have eligibility questions, please call (310)244-1234 and ask for Gary O'Brien.
