Stanford Law School Student Animal Legal Defense Fund (SALDF) and

Animal Rights on the Farm (ARF!) are hosting a lecture

entitled " Animal Rights and the New Enlightenment. " by guest

Professor Steven Best. This lecture will explore the ethical

necessity of expanding our concepts of liberty and justice to

include other species.

This event is FREE and open to the public.

The talk will be on Monday, April 12 at 8:00PM, in room 200-219, the

Steve will also be at Bay Leaf on Tuesday night for the south bay

BAV dinner, and would be happy to discuss the talk there. I don't

know about you, but I'm going both nights. I don't think I want to

miss this.

See you there,
