It is the dominant culture which promotes abuse/consumption of the rest of the species, and globalization is the current and most dangerouos "fad" of that culture. Regards, Richard ___________________________ Dear Friends,Foundation for Global Community is offering for the first time a discussion course developed by the Northwest Earth Institute titled “Globalization and Its Critics”. The 10-week course will be held on Thursday nights, 7:30 – 9pm, from April 1 – June 3.The course offers a great opportunity to understand the institutions, processes and effects of globalization, to share ideas on how personal choices affect globalization, and to explore a variety of future visions and how they can be cultivated. The course will consider the themes below over the 10-week period. Course registration is $25, which includes cost of the course reader. The course will be limited to the first 15 participants, so please pre-register by March 12 to assure a space and to receive the course reader at the first session.
