Guest guest
I saw that someone wrote in concerned that an event being held at a synagogue was posted to the group. The event on sunday afternoon is not a religious service. It is a CONCERT, being held at a synagogue. The concert came about because Miriam, a member of SBVS met me, also a member of SBVS, at the South Bay Vegetarian Society anniversary dinner. Miriam is the concert coordinator. So this concert has come about through the SBVS anniversary, everyone is welcome, and a group discount is available for SBVS members. For those who are new to SBVS, one of the things we do is try to have a variety of social events where people can have fun together! So concerts, kayaking, hikes, bargain movie nights in milpitas, going together to hear jazz at a club, are some things that may come up as people organize them. I hope everyone is having a good week, and look forward to seeing folks on Sunday at the concert! Laurie
