REMINDER: Wilder Ranch Hike and Dinner at Malobar in Santa Cruz Tomorrow

Hi again, everyone! This is a reminder message that I will be hosting

this month's SBVS dinner at a vegetarian Sri Lankan restaurant called

Malabar Cafe in Santa Cruz tomorrow, January 10th, preceded by a hike

at Wilder Ranch State Park, also in Santa Cruz. I hope y'all will

join me for one or both portions of this event!

 

For those of us who are hiking, we will meet at the entrance to

Wilder Ranch, located at 1401 Old Coast Road in Santa Cruz, at 2 PM.

Please bring $5 for parking. For more information on the Park,

For those of us who are gathering for dinner, we will meet at the

entrance to Malabar, located at 1116 Soquel Avenue in Santa Cruz at

5:15 PM. The restaurant opens for dinner at 5:30 PM and doesn't take

reservations, so we need to be there on time in order to secure a

large enough table. The restaurant also does not accept credit cards,

so bring cash to pay for the dinner.
