Hello Everybody!!!!

My name is Matty a.k.a The Fresh Chef. I may have cooked for some of you at one point or another. For those that don't know I create gourmet vegan cuisine. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary University in Providence, Rhode Island. I moved out here to join the veggie movement and have started my own Vegan Catering Service. You can now join me at Santana Rows' Farmers Market every Sunday. I have a big lime green banner that says Mattys Fresh Meals.
