For those that don't know I create gourmet vegan cuisine. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary University in Providence, Rhode Island. I moved out here to join the veggie movement and have started my own Vegan Catering Service. You can now join me at Santana Rows' Farmers Market every Sunday.
