Public Potlucks -- Halloween / Thxg'g / Xmas

Here is info on several public events hosted for the community

for the past several years:

 

Halloween Wkend Vegan Potluck Party at Liz's on Nov-1st, 2003

-- 6 pm that Saturday, we generally get 30-40 attendees

-- Co-sponsered with the SF-VegSoc.

-- Dancing and festivities, costume contest

-- this event is 30-50 % raw food, but there is plenty for everyone

-- in Alameda, RSVP for address

 

Annual ThanksGiving Potluck

-- About 4 pm in Berkeley at the UU Church, in Fireside Room

-- the event runs until 7 or 8 pm, sometimes there is a grp movie

-- this event has run for 30 years, so there is always potluck

on unTurkey Day in the Bay Area.

Annual XMAS Day Brunch

-- 11 --> 2 pm on XMAS day

-- held at the Organic Cafe the last 3 years

-- organic buffet of holiday vegan foods, only $11

-- we had about 30 people attending last year -- great fun!!
