Veggie/Vegan apartment share, Redwood City, $550-$750

Hi!

Anyone who knows a veggie or vegan person looking for a room, I have a room

available to share in a two-bedroom apartment in Redwood City.

I am flexible on which room to share; For the smaller room alone, the rent

share will be $550, for the larger room, $650, or for the small room plus

more than half the living room, $750. Only utility cost is electricity,

your share would be about $30-$40 (electric floorboard heaters). You can

share my 1.4Mb ADSL for $30. I don't do much TV watching but you can get

cable if you want and I'll probably share the cost.

I am open to male or female, professionals or students. I am a 32 year old

single male professional. I have a cat, who is pretty friendly towards

other cats but the landlord has a strict one-cat rule. Speaking of rules, I

am not 420 compatible (really, no illicit drugs).

The location is between Whipple Ave and Broadway, within four blocks of the

Redwood City Caltrain and about 1 mile from US101. Right nearby is a corner

where you can pick up the bus to the SFO! There are shops and a few

veggie-friendly restaurants in walking distance. There is a small storage

box, and a small pool in the building.

Available by Sept 1, month-to-month. I can start showing it Thursday the

28th... I am out of town actually at the moment. I thought I had a

roommate (you know who you are!!! :-) but he needed more space...
