i have convinced the first unitarian church of oakland to stop using glue traps (ugh!) and to use the humane catch/release traps for the mouse "problem" they have. i have ordered 6 'traps' for them, and they're willing to give it a go for 3 months. i reeeeeeeeeeally want this to work and wanted to ask if anyone has had good luck with these traps and can offer any tips on ensuring their success!?

if it doesn't work, they're going to go back to poison/glue traps. would love any help anyone can provide!

best,

Colleen

Hi Colleen,

These work fine. You can buy them at Home Depot for about $2 apiece (or

$2 for 2 - I can't remember exactly).

The best thing to bait them with is peanut butter. When the mouse goes

in, the door closes. The mouse can't escape. You can then take trap and

all and release the mouse in a location that will be better for his

health!

Good luck!
