Guest guest
Hi all, Ever wanted to see the moon rise above Silicon Valley from atop Mission Peak? Join us at the Stanford Ave trailhead at 7:30PM on Sunday for a full moon hike. We'll set out on the trail at 7:45PM sharp and should make the summit to see the last hoorah of sunset and the beginning of the moonrise. What to bring: Water Snack Something warm to wear at the top (could be windy and chilly) Flashlight (for coming back down) Directions to the trailhead: Take 880 or 680 to Fremont. Exit on Mission Blvd and go east. About 1/2 mile east of 680, turn right on Stanford Ave and follow it until it dead-ends at the trailhead. While an RSVP isn't required, I would like to have a headcount before we set out on 7:45PM. Thanks, Matthew (831) 239-2103 SBC DSL - Now only $29.95 per month! http://sbc.
