Guest guest
The Palo Alto Recreation Department sells tasting kits for a nominal fee. I don't know how much they cost, but probably $5 or less and that usually allows for 4 or 5 tastes. The tastes are 2oz. ea. This year is the first year for the vegetarian category and I do not know how many entrants there are for the veggie category. The event is put on by the Rec Dept which can be reached at (650) 463-4921. Tasting kits go on sale to the public at noon and tasting begins at 1:30pm. There is no entrance fee to the event.
