EarthSave Monthly Dinner and Cooking Demo Palo Alto

In this workshop Matthew Dutrumble, " The Fresh Chef, "

will introduce us to exotic vegetables found in Asian

markets here in the South Bay. In a lively

demonstration he will teach us how to prepare the

delicious vegan dishes we will be enjoying in our

buffet dinner. Chef Dutrumble is a graduate of

Johnson and Wales Culinary University in Rhode island.

 

He instituted a vegan school lunch program at a

local private school and runs a catering service.
