Chad Sarno, who Roxanne Klien hired to create the recipes for her raw restaurant in Larkspur, will be in the South Bay May 1 & 3 for two classes.May 1 "A taste of Gourmet Part 1" from 6:30 - 8:30 will be a lecture on how to create gourmet raw food cuisine and Thai-inspired food samples. May 3 "A taste of Gourmet Part 2" from 2 - 6:30 will be a workshop to teach you the skills of creating raw food followed by an Italian buffet dinner.
