The class will run from 11-2 with the possibility of a moderate hike shortly after lunch. Anna's classes are relaxed and incorporate a short sit down discussion on the basic principles of raw and living foods, followed by a combination demonstration and hands on class which will produce a delicious light lunch for all to partake in.
