Also note that on Xmas Day, the doors will open just before 11:30, not

necessarily 11 am. It will be a short day, they said.

Join us for Xmas Brunch and what is probably the first potluck of the new year.

 

We will meeting Xmas Day at 11:30 am for a long, tasty Xmas Brunch at the

Organic

Cafe / Macrobiotic Center at 1050 40th Street at the Oakland / Emeryville

border. Its all Vegan, all Organic and the Xmas meal is usually one of the

best they prepare for the year. [This is fixed cost, unlimited meal and by

coming at 11 am we will catch the end of the breakfast buffet and then get the

switch over to the lunch buffet. $10.75 plus tax -- tip optional]

 

This location is walkable from the MacArthur BART station.

 

Also mark your calendar for a Vegan and Raw potluck at Dru's house, 3033 Sylvan

in Oakland, on Saturday, Jan 4th. Meet at 6 pm, eat at 7 pm.

 

This is near the Food Mill on MacArthur Ave, near the Coolidge Ave exit of 580.

 

From the intersection of Maple and MacArthur, go East [toward the hills] to

stop sign [After 3 speed bumps]. Sylvan is a right only turn just after the

stop sign and the house is about 3 houses down on the right side.
