WHEN: Saturday, December 21, 2002 from 6 pm to whenever WHERE: Joe Shakarchi's Place 676 N. 5th St. Apt. #6 (between Taylor and Jackson, across from the Happi House Restaurant) San Jose WHAT TO BRING: 1 vegan/vegetarian dish (if not vegan, please label) 1 unisex gift of $10 - $20 value for a White Elephant Gift Exchange OPTIONAL: Games, poetry, musical instruments, etc. Please keep in mind that at least one of our members has serious hearing problems, so nothing too loud or amplified, please. When choosing a gift or bringing poetry, music, etc., please keep in mind that this is a party equally for Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, agnostics, atheists, pagans, and everyone else. Actually, the thought of us all coming together at one holiday celebration makes me smile. Please be sensitive to the diversity of the group.
