I enjoyed their lemonade a lot with my meal. Their walnut bread, made elsewhere is addictive. The bread is served with my soup. I asked to buy another piece of bread. The owners know one of the best cookies out there is the DEEP DISH cookies from Now and Zen. They are hard to find now at stores cause, Now and Zen uses high quality ingrediants, therefore, it's kind of pricey. Rainbow and many stores are slowly pulling those cookies off the shelf. If you can get your hands on the cookies, they keep well in your freezer. Whenever the City of Palo Alto approves Bay Leaf Cafe's remodeling plans, Bay Leaf can finally have a Grand Opening party.... How come the City takes so long to approve a restaurant change? Does anyone have any connections so we can kick the City's butts to get them moving?
