The Quaker Center, in the Santa Cruz mountains, offers groups from 10-30 people a simple facility with meeting space, kitchen, and a dining room. Sleeping facilities consist of 5 bedrooms with 24 beds, 16 in bunkbeds. When: Sat Nov. 30 2:00 P.M. - Sun Dec 1 5:00 P.M. This is Thanksgiving weekend. Things to Do: Hiking, sitting around a campfire, playing games, relaxing, preparing and eating veg*n. meals. Cost: Approx $400 for the group + cost of food. Minimum Participants: 10 Note: They are holding the place for me until Sept 20, and I'd like to have 10 people who are definite before I reserve the place.
