Guest guest
This actually doesn't sound like it's good, but it is. It's a really different way to prepare sweet potatoes, so even if you don't like sweet potatoes, you will probably love them this way. Ingredients: 3 Large Sweet Potatoes, washed, skin on, cut into thin wedges (the thinner the better) 3 T olive oil 2 tsp. chili powder 1 T onion powder 2 tsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. cumin 2 tsp. paprika Baking pan and ziplock bag Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a gallon size freezer bag, combine the potato wedges with all the spices and olive oil. Shake until potatoes are well covered. Place potatoes spaced apart on a baking ban and cook for 25-30 minutes. The skin should be slightly crispy. Salt to taste. 4 servings About 30/35 minutes to prepare. Enjoy! http://www.healthygoodiesgifts.com
