Guest guest Posted November 3, 2003 Report Share Posted November 3, 2003 SAGE SOUP 1/4 cup cooking oil 2 medium onions, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped and diced 2 pounds potatoes, peeled 5 cups chick-style seasoning (McKay's or Bill's Best Chicknish') 10 fresh sage leaves Salt and pepper 2/3 cup soy milk, plain Sauté onions and celery about 6 minutes. Add potatoes, stock and 4 chopped sage leaves Cover and cook until potatoes are tender (25 to 30 minutes) Salt and pepper to taste Add soy milk Serve hot in bowls topped with a fresh sage leaf.
