Woops! That should be exactly 1/2 tsp. of mint extract! So sorry. . .don't

try the 12 tsp. . .you'll be sorry!!!! Here's a corrected copy:

Tofu-Carob Pie

Source: Ele G (family friend/another recipe with high reviews!)

 

2 blocks Tofu (Silken firm)

1 1/4 c. Carob chips

1/2 tsp. Mint (liquid)

 

Blend tofu till creamy-smooth. Soften carob chips in microwave (they will

not melt but be sure they do not burn) and blend in the tofu. Add the mint

and blend. Pour in graham cracker crust. An 8 " x 10 " pan works well.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
