Here's a corrected copy: * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Tofu-Carob Pie Source: Ele G (family friend/another recipe with high reviews!) 2 blocks Tofu (Silken firm) 1 1/4 c. Carob chips 1/2 tsp. Mint (liquid) Blend tofu till creamy-smooth. Soften carob chips in microwave (they will not melt but be sure they do not burn) and blend in the tofu. Add the mint and blend.
