Guest guest Posted October 31, 2003 Report Share Posted October 31, 2003 Millet Tabouli 1/2 cup millet, toasted 1 1/2 cups water 1/2 tsp. sea salt 1 tomato, chopped 1/2 cucumber, chopped 1/2 cup olives, sliced 1/4 cup parsley, snipped 2 - 3 T. lemon juice 2 T. green onions, chopped 1/2 cup radishes, sliced Put toatsed millet in a bowl, then add water. Cook until water is absorbed. Cool a little and rinse if sticky. Gently mix in remaining ingredients and chill until served.
