Guest guest Posted October 9, 2003 Report Share Posted October 9, 2003 Carrot and Pecan Filling Source: Vegetarian Cookery 2 1 cup finely grated carrots 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or other nuts) 1/4 cup mayonnaise (Vegannaise) 1 Tbsp. salt 1 Tbsp. lemon juice Combine all ingredients and chill.
