Hello, my name is Rhonda and I just was told that I should go on a

Gluten-free diet. I just started this weekend. I'm having some

problems because a lot of gluten-free products have potatoes in it

and I'm allergic to potatoes, they trigger my miagrains! I would

like to make my own breads & pasta, but do I need to have the

potatoes in it to keep it stable? I'm still in the research stage of

this and I don't know a whole lot. Thanks for listening.
