Guest guest Posted September 19, 2003 Report Share Posted September 19, 2003 Canape Crackers Jane Kinderlehrer 1 1/2 c soy flour 1 1/2 c corn flour 1/ 4 c soy or corn oil 1/2 c water 2 eggs or equivalent in flaxseed gel Sift flour into mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and pour in oil, water and egg/egg sub. Stir until it forms a ball of dough. (Should be slightly moist, not dry. If necessary add a bit of water.) Pinch off pieces and shape into 1 inch balls. Set out on a greased cookie sheet and flatten into large rounds. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
