Guest guest Posted September 19, 2003 Report Share Posted September 19, 2003 Sprouted Soybean Curry JaneKinderlehrer (Confessions of a Sneaky Organic Cook) 1 med onion 1 med apple 2 - 4 stalks of celery 2 T oil 2 T soy flour 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp sea salt 1/8 tsp paprika 1/2 c raisins (seedless) 3 c sprouted soy beans 1 1/2 c vegetable stock or tomato juice Cut onion, apple and celery up fine. Lightly brown in the hot oil. Add stock or tomato juice. Mix flour, curry powder, salt and paprika together and make a paste with a small amount of water. Stir paste into vegetable mixture thoroughly. Add 1/2 c raisins. Add sprouted soybeans. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
