Guest guest Posted August 28, 2003 Report Share Posted August 28, 2003 Four-Bean Salad 1 cup cooked soybeans 1 cup cooked black beans 1 cup cooked pinto beans 1 cup cooked green beans 1 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 T. lemon juice 2 T. olive oil 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped 1/4 t. oregano 1/2 t. salt Combine all ingredients.
