Actually, I read that the protein in oats is nothing like wheat gluten, but

that folks were paranoid about contamination with wheat either at the *crop*

level or at the mill.

Actually when I was diagnosed I was given a list of foods to avoid,

oatmeal was on it. So that is where I got my information. Believe me

when you are as sick as I was you will willingly give up anything to get

better. Judy

Actually I like Poha Flakes, and Kashi is not bad. I eat alot of

cornmeal mush, and cream of Buckwheat cereal, to name a few, there's

alot of good food out there, Judy
