Guest guest Posted August 23, 2003 Report Share Posted August 23, 2003 Slow Cooker Creamed Corn (originally by Mary Free to slowcooker recipes) (modified by BL Olson 2003-08) 1 1/4 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn kernels 1 (8 ounce) package soy cream cheese 1/2 cup coconut butter, vegan margarine or vegetable ghee 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 tablespoon white sugar or equivalent of other sweetener salt and pepper to taste In a slow cooker, combine corn, soy cream cheese, coconut butter, coconut milk, and sugar.
