Guest guest
Making Your Own Mesquite Flour http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Articles/Recipes/Mesquite_flour.html There appear to be a few suppliers of mesquite flour and a few recipes around (posting later) but it looks like it isn't really catching on. The mesquite is more popular for it's use in flavouring and bbqing but it is GF and could have possibilities if you can procure it or live in an area where you could obtain pods yourself. We eat a lot of brown rice, millet, and corn for grains. I was going to add all the different flours, but they are not all grains. We eat a lot of seeds too. Hope this helps.
