Guest guest Posted August 19, 2003 Report Share Posted August 19, 2003 Cashew Rice Spread Source: A Taste of Nature 2 cups cooked brown rice 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1 Tbsp. McKay's Chicken-Style Seasoning (or homemade alternative or Bill's Best Chicknish) 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast 1/4 tsp. sweet basil 1/2 cup cashew meal 1/3 cup water 3 green onions Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
