Guest guest Posted August 19, 2003 Report Share Posted August 19, 2003 Crispy Jicama Salad Source: New Century Nutrition 2 cups diced jicama 1 carrot -- in 1-inch strips 1 bell pepper -- in strips 1 small sweet onion -- in slices 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 3 tablespoons vegetable broth --(homemade) 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice 1 teaspoon mustard (optional) some sliced radishes Toss vegetables.
