Guest guest Posted August 15, 2003 Report Share Posted August 15, 2003 MANGO SALSA 1 lb. red, ripe tomatoes (about 4), diced 1 mango, peeled and diced 1-1/3 c black beans, drained 1/2 c green onions, sliced 1/3 c cilantro or parsley, chopped Juice of 2 limes 1 tsp. olive oil Toss all the ingredients together; Chill until ready to serve.
