Hi I subbed on to this board a couple weeks ago and haven't had time to

introduce myself. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 1996 and have

been the lone man on the totem pole ever since. I had been vegan since

1985 before that and it has been interesting trying to find baked goods

without animal products in it. I have a question for anyone that will

answer. How do you substitute an egg in a bread recipe. I've tried egg

replacer, and flax and have been dissapointed with the results, so I

buckle and add the egg even tho my better judgement is telling me not to

do it. Besides I do not wish to keep the meat and egg and dairy

companies in business. I'm out of ideas. If anyone has been successful I

will greatly appreciate the advice. Judy
