Guest guest Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 Red Cabbage-Apple Slaw 4 cs. red cabbage, shredded or sliced 2 apples (try Gala or Delicious), cored and diced 1/3 c. raw walnut pieces 1 1/2 tbsps.. extra virgin olive oil [or flax or udo's] 1 1/2 tbsps. balsamic vinegar 1/3 c. fresh apple juice sea salt, to taste Combine cabbage, apples and walnuts.
