Guest guest Posted August 12, 2003 Report Share Posted August 12, 2003 WATERMELON GAZPACHO 2 1/2 cups fresh watermelon juice 2 tomatoes -- chopped 1 small cucumber -- peeled and diced 3 scallions Sea salt In a blender combine watermelon juice, tomatoes, cucumber, scallions, and sea salt.
